Our Little Hawks sang for before the Football game this past Friday. . . first time ever! I was very proud of them. However, I’ve learned that no matter how many times we go over how to pronounce Rockets, it always comes out rockits… the same for all the other vowels: wuz, thuh, caan, etc. We’re southern to the core! I am still proud of them, though. They were excited and sung with pride. We love music at Hammond!!
